The Gannochy Trust owns a combination of General and Sheltered Housing which is available for rent. The General Housing, 149 original houses, is iconic to Perth and is recognised by its red sandstone construction, which dates back to the 1920's.
The Sheltered Housing, 60 houses within three areas, is newer and was constructed in phases in the 1970/80/90s.
The details of both schemes are outlined on the following pages.

Housing Estate Expansion - Public Consultation
To celebrate the Gannochy Trust's 75th Anniversary, the Trustees are planning to extend the housing estate to provide up to 50 new, high quality affordable homes. The Trustees would like to use this new development as a demonstration of best practice in housing design and construction, continuing the exceptional quality of the existing homes and their setting, constructed by A K Bell between 1923 to 1931.
A Public Consultation Event to discuss the Trust's vision for the housing estate expansion took place on 22nd November 2016 in the Gannochy Community Hall. The Gannochy Trust would value your comments and members of the public can still provide feedback - further details of how you can do this are provided on the project website at:
