Covid19 pandemic has highlighted the very best of the third sector. In an unprecedented time of uncertainty and fear, mutual aid groups, voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises provide a beacon of hope and aspiration.
Perth and Kinross is lucky to be home to a vibrant and flourishing third sector. The Gannochy Trust, in partnership with PKAVS Third Sector Interface, is committed to enabling and building the capacity of our local assets. Now, more than ever, we need to connect, collaborate, learn and share.
We invite you to join us in one of our series of engagement and listening events. Building on the Gannochy Trust’s Learning Distillery event and PKAVS’ recent #BuildBackBetter discussions, #BeConnected aims to capture the strengths, challenges and to work together on change opportunities for our local third sector as we work with you to shape the future strategic direction, objectives and support offers from our respective organisations.
The events will be repeated on Zoom on 3 separate dates to provide options for your involvement. You are very welcome to join us more than once, however, please note the structure and discussion points will remain loosely the same.
These sessions are for all Perth and Kinross based mutual aid groups, voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises, not just those currently in receipt of funding or support from Gannochy Trust or PKAVS Third Sector Interface. National organisations with a Perth and Kinross operating base are also welcomed to attend.
