The Gannochy Trust will be opening its Housing List from Monday 26th October to Monday 9th November. We will be seeking applicants for our original red sandstone three-bedroom homes, and applications will be invited that can fully occupy these properties and meet the selection criteria.
We use six criteria to assess applicants, and these are openly published in our Housing Information Pack. The first three criteria are 1) applicants are currently resident in Perth and Kinross, 2) a Gannochy Trust home will be their only home, and 3) they currently don’t own or part-own a house. The next set of criteria requires closer assessment. We look for tenants who 4) will have a housing need met, 5) have the financial means to cover the costs of a Gannochy Trust home, and 6) can maintain the house and garden.
