Managing
your grant
We are keen to hear about how your work is progressing. This is why we ask all grant holders to report on the impact of their work and share their learning and findings with the Trust.

The Gannochy Trust also offers a grants plus programme.  We aim to support charities with developing sustainability; enable charities in building capability; encourage innovation and enterprise; be a more impactful and responsive funder for the sector; and build relationships and collaboration in Perth and Kinross.

Managing your grant
Reporting on the impact of your work

All grant holders must report on the impact of the work funded by The Gannochy Trust.  We ask charities to report on how the grant has been spent and evaluate the impact that is being achieved based on the outcomes, indicators and evidence submitted in your application.  Grant holders are therefore expected to complete a report at the end of each year of funding, a summary of income and expenditure, and provide us with copies of their annual report and accounts.

We understand that work may not always progress as expected and encourage charities to tell us about what they have learnt as work has progressed.  Many charities have experienced significant challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic, and we have worked closely and flexibly with charities who have had to make changes to planned work as a result.  Grant holders experiencing difficulties or issues delivering the work as described in the application, should always contact The Gannochy Trust for a discussion.

More detailed information is available in the following documents: end of year income and expenditure template; end of year reporting template; and grant terms and conditions.

Gannochy Trust Youth Panel Fund forms can be found on the Youth Panel Fund page.
