| Gardeners / Estates Workers (2 Full-Time Posts) Permanent – 37 hours per week (November to March) and 39 hours per week (April to October) Salary: £26,500 – £29,500 (subject to skills and experience) We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our established Grounds Maintenance Team. We are seeking: An experienced Gardener/Estates Worker with relevant gardening and/or grounds maintenance experience, including the use of grounds maintenance machinery. A Gardener/Estates Worker Trainee, suitable for someone looking to develop a career in horticulture and grounds maintenance. Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a genuine interest in the field but limited experience. Successful candidates will be ambitious, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A relevant horticultural qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for either post. Both post holders will assist with the maintenance of the Cricket facility and may be required to provide occasional weekend relief cover for Saturday Cricket matches, for which appropriate training will be provided.
