In partnership with Aspen People and due to retirement of the current post holder, the Trust is seeking to recruit an experienced and energetic Property & Estates Manager who can work with tenants, key stakeholders and the wider community, and become an ambassador for the organisation.
The Property & Estates Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Trust’s property and estates work. As a key member of the senior management team, the postholder will contribute to the development of strategy, policy, and plans, ensuring their effective implementation and supporting the delivery of high-quality services across the organisation.
The role includes acting as an ambassador for the Trust, fostering strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, while promoting the Trust’s values and commitment to community engagement.
