Climate change training offered to Perth charities through Gannochy Trust Grants Plus

The Gannochy Trust’s Grants Plus programme is providing 25 free places to The Royal Scottish Geographical Society’s Climate Solutions Accelerator Programme. The free spaces are available to any registered charity based in Perth and Kinross that has received Trust funding.

The Climate Solutions Accelerator programme consists of a series of two hour, on demand e-learning courses and workshops that provide a simple and quick way for charities to gain a better understanding of climate change. The courses are designed to support foundation level understanding of climate science, climate change policies and their impact on charities, and organisational and personal climate action.

The Climate Solutions courses were written, designed and implemented by leaders and experts in climate change in a unique collaboration between the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, the University of Strathclyde Business School and the Edinburgh Climate Change Institute, endorsed by the Institute of Directors.
