Grant recipient agreement
If you accept a grant from The Gannochy Trust, it is on the understanding that you have agreed:
- The outcomes you aim to achieve;
- The conditions or requirements within the Grant Agreement;
- The Grant Terms and Conditions.
Reporting to Us
Please find our reporting templates in the downloads section below. Please contact grants@gannochytrust.org.uk for further information on how to report to us.
We appreciate the importance of communicating your award to the people and organisations close to you. Here you can find all the resources you need to do this effectively and consistently. These include:
- A set of brand guidelines for grant recipients;
- Suite of logos for use in various formats.

We welcome applications from organisations or charities that have already received Gannochy Trust funding.
However, please bear in mind an organisation can normally only have one grant at a time from the Gannochy Trust, and if you have previously been refused funding from us, please do not re-apply until at least 12 months after the date of the refusal letter.
Finally, if you are seeking continuation of revenue funding after three years, you must request an assessment meeting three months after the final payment of your current grant.
