The Gannochy Trust’s latest Grants Plus workshops – ‘Steering the Ship’ and ‘Training in Developmental Trauma in Children’ – are open for registrations to charities that are currently funded by the Trust to deliver in Perth and Kinross.
‘Steering the Ship’ is an organisational leadership development opportunity delivered by Graeme Reekie from The Lasting Difference, a creative Management Consultancy offering leadership training. 12 charities will be working together over four half day sessions to address sustainability in the non-profit sector, with a focus on the ongoing challenge of growing capacity within challenging socio-economic conditions.

Developmental Trauma in Children is an on demand online training programme delivered by Beacon House psychological services that provides therapeutic interventions for children, families and young people.
The workshop offers participants the opportunity to re-frame the behaviour of troubled children through the lens of developmental trauma. The course is suitable for charities working in Perth and Kinross with young people who may have experienced childhood trauma. This is a 12-hour course split into four parts, delivered online for convenience.
