Quarrymill Woodland Park benefits from accessibility upgrade

In association with Perth & Kinross Countryside Trust, The Gannochy Trust has installed new wayfinding markers at Quarrymill Woodland Park for its high paths and all-abilities tracks, as well as new signage on connecting bridges. The new waymarking will help visitors navigate the space more easily and safely as part of a drive to improve accessibility within Gannochy green spaces.

The Trust has also installed interpretation boards at the west and east entrances to highlight the history of the park,  its wildlife and rich biodiversity. Visitors can also find out more about the park in one of the ‘Explore Quarrymill Woodland Park’ leaflets, also available on the website at Quarrymill-Path-Leaflet-for-web-compressed-1.pdf (gannochytrust.org.uk)

The Trust would like to thank The Perth & Kinross Countryside Trust, Assistant Estates Manager Alastair Morgan and ground staff for their continued support in pulling this project together.
